- Add variety to your workouts by signing up for a monthly plan to attend any of the regularly scheduled group exercise classes at Fitness Urbano. Choose the classes that fit your schedule. Mix in a variety of classes/class masters to keep your workouts fresh and your motivation high.

- All classes are limited to 12 participants so you'll get focused attention on your needs.

- First month (new members only): $145

*Small Group Personal Training - Monthly Program*

- These intense workouts will push you to your current limits and on to new levels of fitness.

- Times: Monday through Thursday at 6:00 pm

- Class Master: Dan Louie - BS Exercise Physiology. MA Kinesiology and Exercise Science

- Class size: limited to 12 people

- Dan will systematically help you to develop your strength, respiratory, and technical abilities enabling you to take on more and more challenges.

- Exercises are a blend of bodyweight, weight training and aerobic drills that improve cardiorespiratory conditioning, strength, core stability, balance, and mobility. The exercises mimic everyday movement patterns such as squatting, pressing, pulling and running. Multiple muscle groups are engaged with each exercise helping you to achieve quicker results. - In the event that your schedule is less predictable, any of our classes can be reserved and attended on an individual basis. Just drop in and join a class if there is room available. Or pre-purchase a 6 or 12 pack of classes and use our online system to reserve the classes you want ahead of time.
