HIIT with JASON
tuesdays at 1:00 PM CLASS
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It’s a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.
A one-hour HIIT-style class that targets every muscle group. Jason will use a variety of exercise modalities to target strength, endurance, and mobility in one complete workout. There will also be a focus on proper form and technique to ensure the exercises are performed correctly and safely.
