Class Master: Gin Villanueva
Ginaville has been practicing martial arts for over 20 years. She holds a 3rd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and a 1st degree black belt in Shorinji-Ryu Karate. As a karate instructor, she loves that karate encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual training and wants to instill in her students the importance of discipline, leadership, and compassion. She incorporates her personal training education and martial arts background to create exercise programs that efficiently support training and helps avoid common injuries in karate.
As a personal trainer, she enjoys helping people transform their sedentary habits into more active, healthier, and happier lifestyles. In her spare time, Ginaville is a volunteer coach for the American Heart Association and is an RRCA-certified running coach. She loves her black Lab, Connor, dancing, sports, and is a huge San Francisco Giants fan.
