Antoine has worked in the Bay Area as a Fitness Professional for Stanford Athletics, training club sports athletes, students and faculty. He is the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for San Francisco's Revolver, and San Jose Spiders.

Antoine's class will help you to improve your athletic performance, extend your athletic career, treat stiff and achy joints, and prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Antoine will teach techniques and exercises that will help you move safely and efficiently in all situations. You will learn to regain optimal, stable position of your spine and joints and get back full range of motion in your joints and tissues. With the tools provided in this class, you can learn to accelerate recovery after training and competition and treat and prevent common symptoms of low back pain, shoulder pain, and tennis elbow.
