Alan began coaching fitness at an upscale gym chain in Manhattan in 2011, where he received 100 hours of instruction in anatomy and physiology of exercise. Alan has since had the honor of coaching folks from the age of eleven to eighty-three and everything in between. He has learned the most from his clients with special conditions ranging from achondroplasia dwarfism to pregnancy, to sciatica. Alan enjoys discovering all of his clients’ innate athletic intelligence, and helping them feel more comfortable, capable and attractive in their bodies.
