Brett is a former collegiate athlete who studied exercise science and business. He suffered from an injury during his basketball career, which required him to focus on his own rehabilitation. He directed his attention to recovery in order to improve his physical and mental health. He started diving more into his injury and became more fascinated with the physiology of the human body. He obtained a certification from the American Council of Exercise to help others understand their own physiology. His mission is to teach his clients how to create a strong foundation to prevent injury while exercising and in their daily lives. Brett is continuously furthering his education in order to provide his clients with the best tools to succeed. Brett enjoys being a private basketball coach in his spare time, and has experience working with children of all ages.
