Raised in a family of martial artists and health professionals, I started my training at a young age. I fell in love with the rush of racing, reaching summits, and the meditative qualities of yoga. While studying psychology at Iowa State University I discovered the important connection between mind and body, and set my goal to prescribe workouts rather than pharmaceuticals.

I believe small changes in how we think and what we do on a daily basis lead to life altering results. I welcome all fitness levels and interests, I admire those who are just getting into it.
Whether you are looking to run a marathon while preventing injuries, defend yourself, or make it through a yoga class without falling over, I welcome you with open arms.
