Jesse is a former professional dancer, track and field athlete, Mr. America Master’s Bodybuilding Champion, Mr. Universe Bodybuilding Finalist, and a Circus Arts aerial artist. Being a NASM Certified personal trainer, a Holistic Lifestyle coach, a Barefoot Training Specialist®, and a TRX suspension coach, Jesse has found the perfect combination of past experience as well as a variety of training methods to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and to be in a fit ready condition to face life’s unforeseen adversities.

Jesse has been in the health and fitness industry since 1987, first as a group fitness instructor and in then in 2000 included personal training and massage therapy to his credential. Jesse’s passion for fitness flourished when he had to deal with major health issues of his own. It was this that solidified his realization that having optimal health was a necessity to best deal with any kind of unforeseen health challenges. “Being in a healthful state enables you to get you through those tough times with much better recovery results, and being ready for anything is a good thing!” Jesse’s mantra is, “Your body will do what you train it to do, so train SMART!”

I've always looked for different ways to train your body. There's a great variety of ways to work on your body, for example, yoga, Pilates and fitness. But none of those really satisfied me, and at a certain moment I was no longer sure of what could help me in getting physically stronger.
I met Jesse at my place of work and when I saw the amazing results with other dancers that were training with him, I figured I needed someone to give me the tools to get stronger as well. So I started training with Jesse and very quickly I started to feel an immense difference. Working with the TRX and your own body weight was the best solution for me, and best of all: it was fun!
Visualization, the focus on your breath, working from your core, and searching for your limits not only gives you a stronger physique but also makes you grow in your mind. The combination of strengthening, balancing and stretching was the exact kind of training that I was looking for. I was able to apply the work that I've done with Jesse through out my day as a dancer, and I've really enjoyed the time we’ve spent together.
