Jessica graduated with a degree in Psychology from the California State University, Sacramento. She is genuinely passionate about fitness because it changed her life. Jessica spent most of her adolescence 60 pounds overweight, which pushed her to educate herself on fitness and exercise science. Her initial intent was to learn for her own health and fitness goals; however, her desire to help others led to her current career path. She pursued a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) to share her knowledge with others. She currently holds a 1st degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and has experience in weightlifting and strength and conditioning. Through her holistic approach and years of exposure to the fitness industry, she will not only strengthen your body; she will also strengthen your mind.


When Jessica is not training at the gym, she enjoys dancing, playing Mario Kart, eating, snowboarding, and singing in the car while driving.
