Born and raised in Los Angeles, Juan has enjoyed helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health successfully in Southern California and he now wishes to do the same in the Bay Area. 10 years into his career, he enjoys all of the aspects of fitness training which include not only the workouts, but keeping up with the latest research and information to make sure that he and his clients are getting the maximum benefits of any fitness program. Juan enjoys incorporating a wide range of workouts and movements that are meant to not only improve a person’s physical appearance, but to also help achieve efficient body movements. He specializes in increasing core strength and increasing lean body mass along with proficiency in sports specific workouts such as soccer, kickboxing, and racquetball.
