Stephen's patient and attentive training approach draws from his experience working with people with disabilities who have had limited mobility, physical limitations, and cognitive disorders.  From this, he gained a strong and thorough understanding of the human body and it's movement despite any and all challenges while helping his clients achieve their goals.

He's trained at corporate gyms, taught outdoor bootcamps,  instructed fitness classes at elementary and middle schools including training clients at-home on-site.

Whether you're wanting to lose weight, get ripped, fit into a wedding dress, or fill out a suit, Stephen will help you get there! 



"I cannot sing Stephen's praises enough.  First, the physical training pushed me beyond what i ever thought I could do and toned and defined my muscles in just six weeks.  I hard arm and leg definition I had never seen before and I've been a runner and have done a couple of olympic distance triathlons.  He helped me to conquer fears and doubts as I trained for the Spartan Race.  

In addition, he was so careful to make sure I didn't get injured.  We did table work that helped to release muscle tension and when I had to take a week off because of a psoas injury he helped put me back together and helped me get stronger.  The best part about working with Stephen is who he is as a person.
